Most Women in the Middle have discovered the extreme comfort of wearing yoga pants. You’re probably wearing them right now. You certainly don’t have to DO yoga to WEAR the pants. And many of us subscribe to that behavior.

However, yoga pants can help you hide a few things in your life if you’re not careful. Yoga pants can become a habit. Like all habits, when it comes to mindfulness, it’s important to take a close look at why you do the things you do, and, if you like your reasons.

Join us as we take a look at how wearing yoga pants can actually help you disconnect and hide from the truth about your weight. We also explore the way you wear yoga pants to exercise and if they actually help you be more active. Like most habits, you don’t think deeply about what you’re always doing, so it’s common to be surprised when you do!
