Knowing who you are seems like it would be simple, but in reality, it can be complex. Lots of thoughts can get in the way and pull you away from this goal because of the way they make you feel.
Being curious about why you think what you think, if you know who you are and if you resist sharing the real you at work and at play can help you understand why you have the results in this area of your life that you do. It’s another area to do some serious regret-proofing.
