Where Are You on the Celebration Continuum In Midlife?

Do you think it’s time to celebrate?50 Ways to Celebrate Life

How do you answer that question about making time to celebrate more in midlife? Is it different than you would have answered 10 years ago?

It’s one of those questions that no two people will answer the same way.

Some of us think it’s ALWAYS time to celebrate more in life.

Is that you?

Some of us RESPOND to external opportunities to celebrate more. That’s how we roll.

Still others CREATE opportunities to celebrate more.

What about you?

Where do you fall on the celebration continuum these days in midlife?

I’ve been thinking a lot about celebration lately and how you think about it.

How you see yourself as someone who is a natural celebrator of life or someone who isn’t, lol.

To dig in a little deeper, I wrote a book.

50th birthday gift book midlife

My new book, 50 Ways to Celebrate Life after 50, is all about how to celebrate more on purpose.

I like to help you and encourage you to think more about how you can invite more celebration right into your life.

Open the door and let celebration into your home, your heart and your soul.

But here’s the question.

Will you answer the door?

Are you in the mood to celebrate more?

Are you ready to let go of the story you tell yourself that “you’re too old” or that “you’re not that kind of person.”

You might think, “it’s too hard to change like that” or that….

Wait for it…

You might be thinking this thought, if you’re really honest with yourself: “It’s a bit of a commitment to take full responsibility to have more fun.”

Yikes.

I think that’s going on with some many of us midlife gals.

It’s easier to complain than to take control and responsibility of moving yourself to the right on your celebration continuum.

What would your life be like if you relied on YOURSELF for this result in your life?

What result?

The “celebrating life MORE OFTEN” result, of course!

I have something for you to make it a little easier.

Something to get you in the mood.

Something to make a point that your position on the celebration continuum is not permanent…it’s something that you can change.

It’s a skill you can develop.

It’s a mindset you can adopt!

You can get happier immediately. Music is like that. It’s almost magical that way!
