As a woman over 50, it’s common to be more comfortable putting others first, especially related to the holidays, and this can eventually have a negative effect.
Having the urge to be a people-pleasure can make it difficult to raise your awareness of what traditions you might want for yourself; it can be challenging to even allow yourself to dream a little and even think about it. However, putting yourself first can be life-changing and can lead to greater fulfillment, happiness, and fewer regrets.
When you learn how to focus on yourself AS WELL AS OTHERS when it comes to traditions, can help you enjoy so many parts of your life more. Learning how to be more curious and open can help you move forward!
