Today’s podcast episode is about the top 10 ways to use your midlife crisis for good.

It’s common to wonder if you’re having a midlife crisis sometime in midlife. You might call it a midlife funk or slump, but however you interpret it, there are similar aspects to a time in middle age between approximately 40 years and 60 years old when you may start to feel like you need to check in with who you are and who you want to be.

You likely feel the need to re-evaluate where you’re at in your life and make a commitment to be more intentional going forward. You might also feel stuck and not know how to move forward. You sense that time is flying by and you don’t want to have regrets.

However, as frustrating and concerning as this phase can be, it can also be a time to capitalize on your new awareness and insights. Applying this kind of information to your motivation to re-evaluate and perhaps reimagine your life can lead to desired changes that create a positive direction for your life. And, it can also be a very good thing for you in terms of being more content and fulfilled in midlife and beyond.
