Suzy's ability to get to the heart of the matter so quickly is amazing. All I needed to do was to take the FIRST STEP. I'm so glad I took the FIRST STEP. Coaching with Suzy really was as simple as it sounds. My one thing was to start feeling better about my clothes situation and I started with my underwear drawer. My underwear was embarrassing and made me feel bad every single time I put it on. But I kept putting it on. I couldn't understand why I couldn't let it go.
