  • BABY STEP QUESTIONNAIRE: This straightforward and simple questionnaire will help you discover the first baby step you want to take and what’s holding you back from getting started. You’ll come to understand why you’re stuck or confused and be ready to do something about it as we go deeper during our coaching session.
  • BABY STEP POWER SESSION: During this private 60 minute coaching phone call, we’ll zone in on the disconnect between the Baby Step change you want to make and what’s getting in your way. We’ll create an action plan so that you'll have a clear idea about the number one thought you have that is getting in your way and have perspective about how to take a Baby Step and change it so you get different results. Finally, you'll know the steps you need to finally take this First Step so you be able to move forward and feel better from the inside and out!
  • BABY STEP FOLLOW UP CALL: This private 60 minute coaching call takes place one week to two weeks after your coaching session.
